One of 3 townhouses in a security gated complex with a pool to keep you cool on those warm days and a fireplace to warm you on those chilly nights !

Beautiful security gated complex including solar heated pool with rock water feature, sunlounges & bbq area with outdoor settings, all set amongst landscaped gardens & within walking distance to the RSL & Cowes main shopping district with all it's shops, restaurants, cafes & more.......
Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests
Downstairs - Fully self-contained modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances & stone benchtops, main lounge with gas log fireplace, 42" plasma T.V, pay TV, dvd & stereo with ipod connection. Main bedroom with queen bed & spacious ensuite, laundry with 3rd toilet, undercover patio with outdoor setting & double garage with internal access.
Upstairs - Spacious 2nd living area with 32" plasma tv & dvd player, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with queen bed, main bathroom with twin basins & full size bath & seperate toilet.
All bedding is supplied which includes 4 pillows per queen bed & 1 per king single bed, doonas, doona covers & blankets.
Please note - Linen hire is a requirement & is dependant on the number of guests & beds required & will be added to the tariff amount. Linen hire includes top & bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats & tea towels.
*Stair guards (child safety gates) are available upon request.
*Portacot (excl linen) available for hire on a first in basis! $25 for 1-3 nights or $35 for 4-7 nights.
Cancellations
All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee on 50% of the total booking, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% deposit, cancellations within 72 hours of arrival forfeit full tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 50% of the full tariff amount will be refunded.(peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund). If credit card security is not available at time of check-in a $500 cash bond is required.
PLEASE NOTE - Check-in is between 2-5:30pm, check-ins after 5:30pm are by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT ONLY & attracts a $25.00 call out fee. Strictly NO check-ins after 7pm! Check-out is strictly by 10am!
